DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

The website processes user data solely for purposes outlined in this data protection statement and for reasons provided at the time of data collection. These purposes primarily include handling inquiries, requests, and providing, personalizing, developing, and securing our services. We also use user data for purposes such as product development, scientific research, and market research, to optimize business processes, tailor our services to demand, and for personalized advertising.
User data is only shared when legally permissible. We work closely with some service providers, for example, in customer support – Data processors access user data only to the extent and for the duration necessary to provide a specified service and deliver ordered goods to the user.

3) Your personal data will be processed for purposes arising from the conclusion and execution of the contract and for maintaining contacts, based on:
a) Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of GDPR, when processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, to take steps prior to entering into a contract, and to fulfill a legal obligation, e.g., related to archiving,
b) Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, when processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, and we always strive to maintain a balance between our legitimate interest and your fundamental rights and freedoms (verification of submitted offers, verification of your data in public registers, enabling contact, preventing fraud, criminal activity, establishing or pursuing claims as well as protecting against such claims).
4) Personal data may be disclosed to entities acting on behalf and for Green Energy PL. – Energy Group (e.g., entities supporting IT systems), to bodies and entities specified by law (e.g., entities verifying financial settlements)
6) Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to execute the contract, fulfill archiving obligations, and the period necessary for establishing or pursuing claims, as well as defending against such claims – generally no longer than 10 years from the event that gave rise to the claim.

DATA DELETION TERMS

User personal data will be stored as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned in this data protection statement, particularly for fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations. We may also store user data for other purposes, e.g., as long as the law allows us to keep them for specific purposes, including defending legal claims.

Cookies are computer data, especially text files, stored in the end-user’s device of the Website and intended for use on the Website’s web pages.
